If the jewelry is defective. Orygen Experiences will be in accordance with the Defective Products Law, proceeding to immediately replace the product with another with identical characteristics. Whether it is the extraction kit or the final jewel, we would send an extraction kit again to obtain a DNA sample in conditions.
Finally, if you are not satisfied, we will replace the product or offer a refund.
Return procedure
- Call or write to customer@orygenexperiences.com to request a return or exchange.
- Include in the original packaging all the elements received (jewel, packaging, certificate and invoice).
- Send the package to the address that appears on the website.
- We will send you an approval e-mail and we will proceed immediately to the change or refund your money.
